Supreme Court again rules against the Constitution and for Corporate Nazi/Stasis

How much more obvious does it get that the Supreme Court is now acting in direct violation of the constitution of the United States and that the last 10 years of "rulings" need to ba audited as they are

1] Outside the confines of their authority

2] In direct contradiction of their authority

3] Reward the neo-feudalists and punish the inalienable right protected individual (a direct violation of the very foundation of the United States

4] Contain enough evidence to demand a full audit of their connections and or intimidations, exxtortions, blackmail which violate their trust with the actual country (we the people, there is no country without we the people and to act against we the people is acting against the country).

Here it is, it leaves zero doubt as to their violations of their oath to protect and defend the constituion from all enemies foreign and domestic:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Supreme Court struck down on Thursday a state law that prohibits the use of prescription drug records for marketing, in a case pitting humanity vs. a Hitlerian scientific technocracy. The high court handed a victory to data mining companies IMS Health, Verispan and Source Healthcare Analytics, a unit of Dutch publisher Wolters Kluwer, that collect and sell such information and that challenged the law.

Dossiers, files, DARPA, as it is now.
 Begginning from Birth,  family history, schools, financial records, work history, any crimes whatsoever felony-or misdemenor, any and all afilliations, friends, neighbors, workmates, military history, medical and dental records, fingerprints, physical descriptions-photos (facebook etc),  computer (hackcity) data, cell phone or land line usage, political affiliations, a computerized personal in depth report. Tags are included, color codes signification (flaged), profiles.
 A general conception of the guestapo, men with long black leather jackets, backed by storm troopers invading homes, imprisoning without charge, etc etc.
  Times have changed, with the touch of a button they have every aspect of ones life on screen.
This information gathering has been in operation for decades. In the early seventys a freind of mine electronics engineer, perfomed a contract for MaBell telephone, paid by the same etc. It was not MaBell it was however a gov operated computer utilization unit to chanell - tap-land lines, alienating by word simulation etc. This was info gathering 40 years past.
