Martin Sheen and Woody Harrelson to star in 9/11 flick - Realbollywood.com News
London, Oct 21:
Martin Sheen and
Woody Harrelson have been roped in to star in a September 11 movie that takes a look at the attacks from the view point of conspiracy theorists.
The movie, titled '
September Morn,' supports some of the claims made by members of the "truther" movement, which has questioned the established version of the events of 9/11, namely that the attacks were planned and carried out by Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda operatives, the Daily Mail reported.

Woody Harrelson & Martin Sheen Join ‘September Morn’
Remember when some entertainment journalists speculated that Hollywood would never make a film about 9/11 until decades had past first? There was the expectation that any potential film project should put a certain distance between itself and the actual events. Well, 11 years later, there’s word that yet another 9/11 project is currently in the works.
However, the independently financed film is slated to be overseen by former stuntman and straight-to-dvd director
Bj Davis, working from a script written by newcomer
Howard Cohen. »

The Truth Behind 9/11 To Be Explored In September Morn
Multiple movies have been made about the disasters of September 11, 2001, most notably
United 93 and World Trade Center, but so far the emphasis has been more on the actual events of the day as opposed to the aftermath.
Fleur De Lis Film Studios is looking to break from that mould though with their upcoming film
September Morn.
The
Howard Cohen script is described as in the vein of 12 Angry Men, and will be directed by
Bj Davis. We’ve included a further description of the film below.
September Morn will provide an insight into the findings of the 9/11 Commission, intertwined with provocative perspectives of expert architects and scientists, CIA and Department of Defense officials, Department of Homeland Security officials and concerned American citizens.
The
Fleur De Lis site also claims that the film is supported by “numerous organizations, groups, associations, celebrities, government whistleblowers and transparency advocates.”

Sheen & Harrelson set for 9/11 'truther' film
Film's advance publicity says: 'We the people demand an independent investigation into the tragic events of 9/11'
Hollywood is to court controversy with a film that will challenge the official version of the events of 9/11, a previously taboo topic for the industry mainstream.
Martin Sheen,
Woody Harrelson and
Ed Asner, who have all supported conspiracy theories about the terrorist attacks, have signed up to the movie, which is entitled
September Morn.
Styling itself as a drama in the tradition of
Twelve Angry Men, the film's advance publicity note hints at a cover-up, saying: "We the people demand that the government revisit and initiates a thorough and independent investigation to the tragic events of 911."
Details of the film, which is to be directed by
Bj Davis and written by
Howard Cohen, are expected to be revealed at an American Film Market conference in Los Angeles next week, Deadline.com reported.

Martin Sheen & Woody Harrelson Join 9/11 Film 'September Morn'
The 11th anniversary of the historical 9/11 attacks just passed last month, and over a decade later yet another feature film about the tragedy is in the works. But this will be a bit different, as it won't detail the specific events of that day like
Paul Greengrass'
United 93 or
Oliver Stone's World Trade Center.
Fleur De Lis Film Studios (via The Film Stage) has announced they've secured
Woody Harrelson,
Martin Sheen, and
Ed Asner to star in
September Morn, a story that deals with the findings of the 9/11 Commission. However, the film is being sold at the American Film Market, so we may never hear of it again. More below!

The Guy Who Directed Brandon Lee's 'Laser Misson' Is Making A 9/11 Conspiracy Movie With Woody Harrelson & Martin Sheen
So, one of America's most defining moments in contemporary history is being put in the hands of the guy who directed "
Charlie Sheen's Stunt Spectacular" and
Brandon Lee's "Laser Mission." And no, we're not cherry picking out of the CV (or IMDb page) of
Bj Davis -- those really are some of the "highlights," as it were, from the stuntman/stunt coodinator/director's resume. Now it looks like he's putting his tinfoil hat on. Davis is set to direct "
September Morn" a 9/11 movie that will feature an ensemble led by
Woody Harrelson and
Martin Sheen (not bad) and nicely rounded out by
Ed Asner,
John Heard,
Esai Morales,
Daniel Sunjata and
Judd Nelson. Penned by
Howard Cohen, the movie will follow a group of folks who revisit and question the independent investigation into 9/11. We really hope this isn't going to be some kind of door opening onto the »
